Bridal Elegance RANT!!
They are completely accommodating when you are buying dresses but when it comes to alterations- they could care less!! I gave them an awesome review after ordering my bridesmaid gowns because they fixed their error. They gave me a month when my dresses would be in and when I called they were honest and told me they had never been ordered. However, they called the company and had the order expedited and they all came in 2 weeks later.
Now they are always 'booked' for fitting appts. They said it takes 20 minutes to do the fitting but they book them every hour and they have no back to back appts open. DO NOT USE THIS SALON IF YOU HAVE BRIDESMAIDS WITH TIME CONSTAINTS! 4 of my bridesmaids do not live on LI and I've been calling the salon about appts for months! 'Yes, we will work with your girls.' Never once did they give me a heads up that they did not have the time or that I should book the appts so many weeks in advance. I would have booked the appt when I called in April or in May if they told me this!
