Bridal Expo tonight!

So tonight is the Bridal expo...I week or so ago, I read a post where instead of completing all the things you fill out for the vendors, you can make labels up with your information to just peel and stick instead of getting the hand cramps . I can't find that previous page/post that lists the information that should be included on the label. So far, this is what I could think of to include on the label:

Bride's Name (first, last)
Groom's name (first, last)
Address
Phone number
Wedding Date/location

Do the forms ask for anything else that I could include?

ETA: Actually, I wouldn't put your phone number down... they won't stop calling. It's much easier to just leave email and if you win something or they need to get in touch with you they can do it through email and you can screen the information.

Also make sure you make a separate wedding email account unless you want them to jampack your regular email.
