Do you have to be present the entire time to receive the prizes? Or should i say be present at the time of giveaway? And does the mother need to be there?

Yes you have to be present to win. And Mom must be there!

Is it worthwhile for us to go, even though we have most of our vedors alreayd booked? All we really have left to do are our invites, and the little details.

We'd like to go for the prizes...but not sure if it's worth spending 5 hours on a Saturday if most of our stuff is done. We could probably spend the time better going looking at invitations and our wedding rings.

Also, how is the day structured...what events will be happening or do we just walk around most of the time? Is there food/bev?

Definitely worth it to go just for the prizes. We are giving away 5 - $1000 cash prizes and a plasma for a groom at the show. It is a 42 inch HD plasma TV with speakers and a stand. Also there will be vendors that have invites and rings as well as other vendors that focus on details. Also bring your camera and take a picture with Ron and Liz and enter into the special contest for the liw chat ladies for the digital camera. Here is the timeline.

All prizes are going to be given away at the LIWeddings.com Prize Platform.

All winners must be present at the LIWeddings.com Prize Platform at the time the prize is awarded except for the 12:00 Noon and 3:00PM $1000 give-away (see below).

11:00AM - Doors Open

12:00 Noon - $1000 Prize

1:25PM - $1000 Prize, $1200 Diamond Necklace for Mom

4:30PM – Show Ends

The 12:00 Noon and 3:00PM $1000 give-away will be announced over the PA system. The winners name will be written on a white board at the prize platform. Please check the prize platform before leaving the show. If your name is there please see someone at the prize platform to claim your prize. For all other prize winners you must be present at the time the prize is announced. If you are not present to claim your prize the prize is forfeited and will be given to someone else.

*For the Tahiti Honeymoon you must register separately for this at the In and Out Travel booth #14.

Yes there will be food from various vendors.
