I like modern bride too, but I fly through all the bridal mags, I think it's because they're mostly advertisements. but I'll keep on buying them anyway!

I don't read them anymore. They all have the same pictures, same info, same everything all of the time. I think they just change the cover and shuffle the pages!

I love Modern Bride as well. I've been extremely lucky because at work, someone from the Marketing Department gets tons of magazines. Since she found out I was engaged, she gives me all the bridal magazines that she gets.

I agree. I got a combo subscription to Brides and Modern Bride for $30. Same stuff, different month. They are good for getting pictures of flowers and hairstyles though. When I'm done I share them with my two best friends who are also B2Bs.

These are all my favorites:
- The Knot magazine
- Wedding Sites and Services (I liked this one better than Locations magazine)
- Brides magazine
- Modern Bride magazine
- Wedding Flowers (its a British magazine and it has so many types of flowers and bouquets)

I found all these to be helpful

I think The Knot is the best bridal mag...LOVE IT. But it takes so long for a new issue to come out.

I loved Martha Stewart Weddings when I was planning - she had such cute and unique ideas, and always with an explanation of what it meant

I buy them all Brides, Modern Bride, Bridal Guide, Martha Stewart Weddings.

I really should have subscribed to them in the beginning but now it would not be worth it.

I read Modern Bride last weekend! Love it! My favorite is Martha Stewart because she is so darn crafty but there is never new ones, I think it comes out like twice a year

I have a subscription to Bridal Guide. I also like The Knot, but $10/issue is kind of ridiculous! Plus, it seems with all of them 75% of the pages are advertisements.

LIWeddings is better and FREE!

I like Modern Bride and I love Brides. I just got my Modern Bride today and I must say it does take only a few minutes to go through due to the ads. Plus when my mom subscribed for me she ordered them longer than my wedding! When my wedding is over I don't know what I will do with them!

I only like Martha and InStyle. I really think the others are a waste of time. maybe one issue would be OK but it's the same stuff every issue.
Too many cheesy dresses and honeymoon ads. I prefer flower, decor and hair ideas and they rarely have more than a few
