I am having a Maid of honor and a Matron of honor for my wedding. Now my problem is I might only have 1 best man. Does this look bad? My mom is driving me nuts about how tradition is everyone has someone to stand with, or else it looks weird. Any advice? Thanks in advance.

Re: bridal party
I wouldn't worry about it. I have 5 BMs and 6 GM so it will be uneven. The only time that people will notice is when you do introductions at the RH. And hey...if I were that guy, I would be pretty psyched to have 2 girls on each arm

Re: bridal party
Not bad at all...walking down the aisle the BM can stand wit hFH and the girls can walk on their own...on the way back a girl on each arm. People do this all the time dont stress it

Re: bridal party
really all people care about seeing is you and your FH. It does not look bad. BPs are often uneven.

Don't worry about it at all! The worst thing you want to do is look for an extra person to even out your wedding party! It's not worth it trust me, you will be fine!

Re: bridal party
don't worry about that, honestly now a days no bridal party is even.. do whatever makes you happy, it's your day remember that! nothing will even be noticed because honestly on this day they are only going to basically be looking at you and they will all be soo busy with checking you out that no one will even have time to notice anything else... my bridal party is not even also, we are short 2 guys so we are actually have 2 of my BM walk down with 1 guy.. so dont even stress that! :)
i also have 2 MH also, but we have 2 best men too!

Re: bridal party
I def do not think you need the same amount on each side. I have 5 BM and 2 junior bm and my fh has 9 gm.

Re: bridal party
I think it'll be fine and a growing trend. We're only having 2 Bridesmaids, 1 MOH, 1Best Man and 4 GM so our party is lopsided and I couldn't care less. No one is going to walk away from your day saying 'Beautiful ceremony and reception, but OMG did you see her lopsided bridal party?!?' LOL. It's not the big issue it once was. Why add ppl you're not close with for a tradition that's passe.
