bridal party attire :-)

weehoo... finally getting this show on the road. and clothing it.

my sister had her first fitting, and her dress looks fantastic, and we went and picked out our tuxes. I know we're a bit ahead of schedule, but my sister wants to wear her dress for her prom in june as well as for the wedding, and we were at the tux place anyway measuring fh for a groomsman tux for a wedding he's in this summer.

pictures anyone?

in order: my sister in her dress (she's my bridesmaid, my maid of honor will be wearing the same fabric/color, but a different dress. i only have two girls)
fh's tux
the guys' tux and the vest/tie they'll be wearing (they're not wearing the one shown with the tux)

I don't know what they're wearing it's true. The BM's are getting their own outfits... I only told them ivory and black, please! The GM will wear his own suit. The only outfits we know are mine and FH's!!!

I kinda like it that way

I'm kind of in the same boat as PortJeff...I told my BP to get any black dress they fancy...they guys are wearing black tuxes with gray vests and ties...this is my MOH's dress...Betsey Johnson

no way, I'm not the only one!!!

oh, I also know what mom is wearing.... my best friend (who's Indian) laughed and said it was shiny and fancy enough for an Indian MOB (it's the blue one with gold sheen)

lol, in a way, that's easier... so much less stress!

problem is that if i left it up to, say, my brother, to pick his own clothes, he'd just be confused and call up my mom asking her what to do. some people just need guidance!

I'm sure yours will be great!
