Bridal party cost coverage
How does this work? Does the mother of the bride and the BP split the cost of the shower?
I know my mother would cover the entire cost. She would be clueless on what and how to throw me a shower. One of my BM is really psyched and already told me it is not my mother's responsibility and she will be talking/working with the other girls to figure it all out from beginning to the end. She said my mother and FMIL are supposed to be guests. Seeing as all my gals are in very different financial situations I was thinking of asking my mother to offer the $$$ help. Should I just keep out of it since it is all supposed to be a surprise?
