OK, So FH thinks that we should have a small bridal party. I have two sisters one step sister, one sister-in-law that I am very very close too, and he has a sister. He thinks that we should have three people on each side. How do I do that without offending someone. And shouldn't he really ask my brother to be an usher too???

Re: Bridal Party Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
sounds like you have four or five people in mind. i still consider that being a small bridal party. it's your wedding you should have whoever you want in your wedding party. it doesn't have to be even either. you can have more bridesmaids than groomsmen.

you just need to tell him that you feel you can not for instance pick your 3 sistesr and leave the other people out. so it will HAVE to be 5. 5 is not a large BP in my opinion.

He can have a small party and you have a bigger one. There's no rule that says you have to have the same # of bridesmaids and groomsmen.

The number you have I consider a small BP. YOu can have uneven sides if you dont want to offend anyone that is what we did

If you are including his sister it would be nice for him to include your brother.
For mine we have: BM-my 2 sisters and my best friend GM-his brother, my brother, and his friend from work
