Bridal Party helping?

Bridal Party helping?

A bridesmaid of ours keeps asking us if we need help with anything with our planning. Honestly, I can't think of a dam thing to give her. We have everything under control. She just recently asked again. I think she wants to help & be included but I can't think of anything she can do...

We have all our vendors booked & I am working on bridal party gifts now & she can't help with that...

Any ideas on what I can give her so she feels like she's helping?

My mom needed to have a job too! I gave her the job of finishing touches on the invites & stuffing them

You are lucky that you do have someone so willing to help you! She may just want to feel involved, even if you just bounce ideas off of her. Maybe she can help you some DIY projects if you are doing any, or she could help with a part of the shower. Just speaking from experience, when I was in my friends bridal parties, I like being involved. I was honored that my friends choose me, but it also made me feel important when I was able to help. You may not have anything now, but maybe in the coming months you will!

I usually just ask for opinions in my planning process and keep some of them updated on what I am doing. Are you doing an DIY projects?

I'm kind of on a stand still right now for DIY projects. Not too much going on as of now

Do you already have favors picked out? maybe she can help with that or if you have OOT guests maybe helping prepare the welcome bags

my friends and I usually get together as a group to do a lot of things....meet about the bach and shower (obv without you) invitation stuffing, visiting dresses when they come in, wrapping favors, any DIY stuff.

Why don't you just bring her along with you to do stuff....drop off payments or check on things. She may just want to feel involved. You can just explain there is not too much going on right now but you want her to know details about the wedding in case she needs to jump in quick to help.

deff stuffing invites and putting stamps on! make her feel important!

I always offered to help too when I was a BM and no one really took me up on that offer. I think it would have been nice to have helped in some way.

Re: Bridal Party helping?

-gathering mailing addresses?
-BM dresses?
-sourcing something (do you need ribbon, printed napkins, a patio heater, anything?)

I gathered all of the legal info needed for my MOH to get married when it was her turn (printing the forms, making sure she and FH had all of their id, etc.) It was a little job but it made me feel useful!
