I'm getting married in July of 2011, and have been looking at different limo companies. we have a fairly large Bridal party (so I'm told) 7 GM, 7 BM, 1 FG, and 1 RB. plus my parents and his (4). The church starts at 3:00 so I'm figuring the limos should pick up @ 2:30ish. i would need the limo from 2:30 - 7pm, then from 1-2am fro a total of 7 hours.
Now here's the questions:
1. Should I include the guest of the bridal party? 2. Should I include the parents of the FG & RB? 3. Would you recommend a limo service?

I'm working on limo's now too. I've asked some friends/family that have gotten married who they used.
As for who goes in the limo. It's up to you, but in my experience it's just the bridal party. I've been in the limo without my guest, and i've also been a guest at a wedding and my fiance was in the limo.
I'm not having the guests in my limo. only the BP. As for the kids, if their parents are in the bridal party then the kids could be in the limo. If the parents aren't in the BP, they might just want to drive their child to wherever you are taking pictures. You may want to talk to the parents, because they may be working out another arrangement. My nephew's did not come in my sisters limo (my brother's in-laws took the kids).

I definitely recommend Camelot Limo!
And as for us, we are including the entire WP (GMs, BMS, readers, etc) with their dates in the Partybus, plus maybe a few extra people.

Little kids dont usually go in the limos, and usually its only the bridal party not there guests. I got a good quote from camelot but i am also getting quotes from Royalty and double diamond.

I have a question, my reception is 4 hours. do you get charged for the limo for those 4 hours or only when you're using it??

you're charged for the entire time the limo is with you... so we are starting the limo at 2:00pm (that's when they will pick up the boys at FH's parent's house) and it will end at 6:00pm when it drops us all off at the RH.

but then we need it to take everyone home after reception, so they have to come back to get us, so do we pay for those 4 hours its not there with us??

oh no you won't be charged for that (or at least you shouldn't be). The first limo that you would have for pickups before the church and taking you from the church to pictures or straight to the RH is one limo rental. And then you could rent a separate limo or just a private car to take the 2 of you home after the wedding which should not cost as much as the other limo (usually if you book both together your limo company should give you some kind of discount).

Usually they will send a car back for you and FH..your BP will get rides home with their dates and the FG and RB will go with their parents
