Do most brides do this? My BP is all over the place (3 local, 2 in London and 1 in VA) so I don't know when I would be able to have them altogether.

I am doing one, but the same day as the rehearsal dinner (day before wedding). Just a simple thing, we go out to lunch then get mani's/pedi's.

I just did this last Sunday. Most of my girls are from all different places in my life (school, work, family) and did not know each other. I have never been in a BP that did this is was my own decision to have one. It is nice to do but not necessary.
edited to add...I invited BM only and 2 Jr BM's and my flower girl so the younger girls felt comfortable around my older girls.

I am doing one 2 weeks before the wedding to give the girls their gifts (bc we are not having an RD).

I am going to do one but my BP is all local. I just have to make sure my brother has visitation on the weekend I choose so his daughters can be there.

I will actually be taking them to dinner the evening before the wedding (an EARLY dinner!!! )

I only have 3 girls - my best friend, sister and Brian's sister so we are having a spa day and lunch the day before the wedding to thank them for everything. I have a great spa in Great Neck if you are looking for a place to take them.

I originally wanted June 24...PS The date got pushed back to Aug 7 because of people's schedules. Good Luck! I am planning on having another GTG for the big gifts right before the wedding too!
