Bridal party question

We have two young ladies on our family. My baby sister who will be 12 at the time of wedding, and his neice who will be 8. Also a young man (his nephew) who will be 5-6ish.

I was *thinking* that he would be ring bearer, the neice would be flower girl, and I would have my sister as a junior bridesmaid. Does this make sense?

I only plan on having one maid of honor and MAYBE a bridesmaid or two, not sure yet really. So, would having my sister and the maid of honor alone be wierd? or maybe I make them both maid of honor, even though she is so young? ug, too many decisions and we dont even have a date set yet!
