My plan was to ask my long time friend E. to be my matron of honor. She is older than me, she's 38 married with 2 kids (I'm 27). I was talking to her the other day and her brother in law is engaged and she was saying how she hopes FSIL doesnt ask her to be in the bridal party because she cant be bothered. Would you still ask her? I dont know if she doesnt want to be bothered because they are crazy...or just because shes too busy in life.
Any advice?

Re: Bridal Party Question
I would ask her, but in part of your asking you can add that you understand that she has may have things going on with being married and the kids that might make her not want to do it-this way if she doesn't want to be in it, eventhough you do want her to be in it-i hope i make sense
She could just not want to be in her brothers bp

I agree with Teri. I would still ask just tell her you know her schedule is crazy but would love to have her.

Re: Bridal Party Question
ask her and see what she says... also if you are good friends i'm sure she would be more than willing to be your MOH... maybe she doesn't like her FSIL? and thats why she doesn't want to be bothered? you never know, but i would def ask!
