Ok quick question for you guys...one of the members of our BP recently asked us 'so where are guys putting us up for the night?
Is this our responsibility?? This person lives 15 min away from RH....has anypne else comes across this problem? I didnt know if this was something assumed...

It's not your responsibility to pay for that. Maybe she was just wondering if you were blocking off rooms somewhere?

no it's definitely not your responsibility, tell them you've blocked rooms at which ever hotel you blocked them at but it's their responsibility to book a room if they choose to stay there.
