Hey Girls, I am curious as to your opinion....my BM are wearing these dresses (first ones) and my MOH is wearing the second dress.
They are wearing them in Euro Red. My wedding is in February and is Black Tie Optional....I really think that dyed closed toe shoes are the way to do so that it is as formal as we are thinking for the wedding AND that it is february....what are your thoughts? My MOH seems to think open toe SILVER shoes...however i don think that is a good idea....
I would say closed toe based on the fact that you don't know what the weather will be like. It might be slushy and it will probably be cold!
Silver could look ok, but I would think that dyed to match shoes would look better.

Re: Bridal Party Shoes?
Since it is going to be February I also say that closed toe would be a better idea. I'm not a big fan of the silver with the Euro Red - just my opinion - so I say get them died to match. Or how about black shoes?

I agree- I've seen people do open toe for New Years but I think Feb is chilly.

Personally I don't think anyone shoul be wearing sandals in February. - but that's JMO - Also, being that your wedding is very formal I agree w/ you 100% on the closed toe, dyed to match shoe. Silver is eh for a very RED gown .......- BTW those dresses are beautiful!

Re: Bridal Party Shoes?
My girls are wearing cranberry and one of the BM wanted them to all wear silver shoes. Personally, I don't like them and I told them I want their shoes died. I'm letting them pick out whatever shoes they want, but they will all have them died together to make sure they're the right color.

Re: Bridal Party Shoes?
Why don't you let them choose what they want?? I got married in February and my girls all wanted open toe. They got their own shoes and had them dyed. Your not even going to see the shoes under the dress so if they are more comfy in open toe, I would let them go with that. Their feet are going to be in those shoes all day!!
ETA- it was 50 degrees on my wedding day in February and with all the craziness of the day all the girls were sweating in ther spaghetti starp gowns!! Ya never know what the weather in February can bring. My cousin was married in February and had 67 degrees, my stepbrother was married in February and had 69 degrees!!

IMO - Dyed to Match the color of the dress and closed toe shoes would look best.

I let my girls pick out their shoes, just ask that they be dyed to match the dress.
