I was just curious - for those that ordered their wedding gown at BR in Carle Place - how was the post-shopping service? Like after you actually ordered the dress, how was the service...did they take your calls if you had questions, did they let you come in at all to try on the sample to show your BM's or FMIL's, etc? I put a deposit down with them last week, and now that the shopping part is done, I was just wondering how the experience will be going forward...(the dress shopping part was great).

After I ordered my dress, I didn't go back or call or anything. They told me my dress would probably be in late August or early Sep. But they called me about 2-3 weeks ago and told me it was in. I made an appointment a few days later to just go in and try it on. They were very helpful. I was only there about 10 minutes, put it on walked around a little and took it off.
So far my experience has been very good.

I ordered my dress from there back in Jan, they said it would be in Aug/Sept. I called several times to check and they were very nice. I just got a call Friday saying my dress was in and to call for an appt to see/try on. So far they've been great.

I drove them nuts and went back several times to visit the dress. They were as nice as could be. Also, I had bought my veil from someone else and had them steam it a few days before the wedding. They ended up ripping it by accident and replaced it! High marks!
