I Feel all these emotions after leaving there today. I mean did this lady hear ANYTHING I was saying about what I wanted to try on or even my budget!

ugh i am sure people are so tired of hearing me say this - BUT i will anyway. . . i had the same experience at two of their locations - the first place the lady kept encouraging me to 'make a dress' from different dresses even after i told her i didnt want to. . .at the second place the lady did not bring me a single dress after i tried the one i came in for . . even after i asked for more dresses she said 'oh most of our dresses are strapless and you said you dont want that' umm . . .so that means there was not one single dress in the store that wasnt strapless bc she didnt bring out a single dress! my mom was stealing dresses off racks for me to try on
go to Lillette's in Baldwin - you will not even believe how different the experience was . . . it was the only place so far that I have ENJOYED. . . .

I agree!!! I am ordering my gown from lillette's they are awsome, i worked with carol, but everyone there was really great!!

i went to the 1 in Mass.....and hated it! The ppl were rude and nasty!! id go there too look but never give them a dime!!
lillettes i never went too but my friend did and she loved them there!

i went to the one in massapequa too and it was by far the worst dress shopping experience ive had out of the 5 ive had so far. i am going to the carle place location this friday because of the alvina valenta trunk show. i figure since im going for a specific designer, that MAYBE ill actually try on the samples that im asking for!! try bridal suite centereach or kleinfelds in the city. i had much better experiences at both of them, and bridal suite had great prices while kleinfelds is really all about 'the experience.' good luck!

I have not heard good things about this place, but the one in Carle Place is so close to my house. I guess it is not even worth it....

Maybe it depends on the sales girl you get because me, my sister and my cousin have all bought our gowns a the Bridal Reflections in Carle Place and have had nothing but great experiences!

Possibly, I went to the store in Massapequa and the lady's name was Darnell. I actually just read someone else had a bad experience with her, so more than likely she is the major problem!

Sorry to hear that. Which one did you go to? I found the salespeople obnoxious in the Carle Place one but not in the Massapequa one.

same here....went to the Massapequa one and I had nothing but a good experience...very accomodating...willing to spend all day with you if thats what it takes to make u happy
