Thinking about going to Bridal Reflections in Massapequa. Have heard some negative from here but positives from people I know. Any last minute swaying arguments for or against?

I got my dress at Bridal Reflections in Carle Place. I have had nothing but good experiences in every way with them so far! Good luck!

Re: Bridal Reflections?
I used Bridal Reflections in Massapequa for the BM's dresses. We had Celine and Jill, both were fantastic I also had another woman (older blonde) help me in bridal and she was really sweet. Both BM's and bridal allowed us to take our time

Re: Bridal Reflections?
When I went, I dealt with Darnell I think. She was an older woman. She could not care less about making the sale and was rude. I was totally disappointed there but all my friends loved BR. My advice is to not work with her. I think my friends used Kelly, but I'm not sure, but they loved her.

Re: Bridal Reflections?
I went to both Carle Place & Massapequa. The woman at Carle Place was very shady, she told me the reason they ask your price range was so they don't bring in a dress that's too expensive for you that you fall in love with...........well, the b*tch did just that! She brought me in an $8,000 dress!!!! And that was on sale!!!! Of course, she knew exactly the style & I fell in love with it.
I ended up falling in love with another dress at Carle Place that was half the price (thank God!) but they're shipping it to Massapequa & I'm dealing only with them from now on. Mary Lou was my salesperson & she was wonderful, but they didn't have the style of dress I was looking for at their store.

Re: Bridal Reflections?
I was a BM in a friends wedding last month. She got her dress and our dresses from Bridal Reflections. I felt that they were very pleasant to deal with (from the Bridesmaid's view). However, when it came to the fitting - I had to go back after my final fitting because my dress just did not fit right. All the other BM's had the same problem. They didn't fit them tight enough and they kept falling down the whole night. I would just be very strict about how you want the dress fitted. I'm not sure how her experience was in the bridal section. HTH
