I found a dress there that I love and am ready to buy but I wanted to know everyones experience. Service was very well. I went to the one in Carle place.

i went to the one in NYC and my experience was ok, the only thing that went wrong was when the sales woman brought me a dress like wayyyyyyyyy over my budget (and they ask when before your appt), it wasnt anything great, but nothing horrible either
if you had a great experience though and they have your dress go for it!

I bought my dress in Massapequa and was very happy with the store and the service in the bridal salon. I was not as impressed with the bridesmaid store though.
My sister bought hers a few years ago in Carle Place and that store was great as well.

ITA re: Massapequa experience - a friend of mine got her dress there and she was not really pleased. Our bm dresses were also tailored unevenly and they just looked different than the actual dress. JMO

I bought my dress and all the bm dresses at BR in Carles Place [my sister did in 2007 for her wedding too] . So far everything has been great and I have my second fitting on friday!

I actually purchased my dress from the Bridal Reflections in Carle Place. I cannot begin to tell you what an awesome staff they have and not to mention, how they accomedated me! I went to the Simone Carvalli Trunk show with my mom, sis, aunt and my FMIL, and purchased my dress than. I didn't bring my grandma that day b/c I didn't want to put her in such an emotional state of mind when I was already in one. I called BR back 3 months later and asked if I could see the dress again to show Grandma, and they had no problem shipping the dress back from the trunk show so I can show her. I highly recommend them!

I went to both and ended up going with Carle Place, their service and friendliness was above and beyond Massapequa.

I ordered my dress from Bridal Reflections in Carle Place...so far so good.
I went to look there for BM dresses, a headpiece and a veil. bad bad bad!!!!!!
No service at all with the BM dresses. And the girl that helped me with the headpiece and veil was snarky! lol. So I walked out and didnt order anything else.

I got my dress in Massapequa and so far so good. No fittings yet but I did call back 3 days after to cancel my dress after having a panic attack and they had no problem doing so. They even assured me everyone feels that way at some point and squeezed me in that weekend to revisit!
I recommend them so far!

I used Massapequa for my dress... so far so good. I dunno about alterations though... I'm nervous cuz I plan to lose a million pounds!

I got my dress in Carle Place, everything went very well. They even beat the price of another store.
Also went there for BM dresses....I found these girls to be a little snotty...the girls who work in that part are much younger and I felt like they weren't as professional as the ladies working on the bridal side.

Hey Cristina! I got my dress and my girls BMdresses there and I loved the place. The girls were always so sweet and accomodating, I know there have been complaints about them...and honestly in my experience I can not imagine why anyone would complain...they were always great...I have a detailed review in my wedding review HTH

I also got my BM and MOH dresses at the Carle Place location....and so far so good

I purchased my dress from the one in Manhatten. The sales woman had me try on this beautiful dress and i loved it and then I asked how much it was and it was double my budget and she knew what my budget was. So i was really mad but then she spoke to the manager and they said I could buy the sample so I did that.
So i had the dress shipped to Carle Place for the fittings because it is closer to me than the city was. SO i go there to try my dress on with the shoes I bought and they give me the wrong dress and tell me they don't know what happened to mine and they will have to search the whole store.
To make a long story short they found 'my dress'. I personally don't think it is the original dress I bought, I think they just put another sample in the bag with my name on it. They said they had my name on two dresses. I just don't believe it.

I bought my dress at the one in Carle Place, I must say that I did not really like the lady that helped me but I loved the dress so I bought it anyway....lol. I havent had any problems so far.

Both of my FSIL bought their wedding dresses there (Carle Place) and had a great experience. I am going to look there also b/c they said such great things
