bridal reflections

i know a lot of you girls have gotten your dress there.

what has your experience been? also, i know there are a few locations, which location do you recommend? i feel like i read that a few of you girls had a bad experience at one of the locations.

had a good experience there for my gown at the carle place location.

haven't been ot the other locations.

went to carle place for bridesmaids though and they weren't too friendly. oh well.

I wanted to go there...

But they told me they are booked til 10/31...


So... i dont think i am going there...

For BM dresses....


Carle Place=Good (i worked with Gianna she was/is awesome)

Massapequa=Bad (ordered there for a friends wedding and the girl we worked with supposedly told the bride we were a 'tough crowd' and other random weird things. we havent gotten our dresses in yet. but i heard it's nightmarish. hopefully that won't be the case for us.)

i know which wedding dress i want. i'm just waiting to hear back from them about whether they are going to beat the price from the other salon. we'll see.

I have been to Massapequa for BM dresses for 3 weddings - they were very helpful and very friendly every time. I've also been there for MOB - the girl who was there was very nice and helped whenever we asked.

I don't like the customer service in Carle Place's bridal section - they were crazy pressuring me a year ago to purchase a Carvalli gown that was part of a trunk show - when it came down to it, the Carvalli trunk show goes to Bridal Reflections repeatedly throughout the fall and winter, so there was no need to pressure me. And as it turned out, the particular dress wasn't even a part of the trunk show, it was from the year prior.

The gown I actually picked wound up coming from the Massapequa location. The ladies who helped us there were really nice. However I will admit they are a little off there at times. When we returned to the store to try the gown on one last time and purchase it (what I told them when I made the appointment), they couldn't find the gown when we got there. They realized that they sent it to Carle Place at someone else's request - and that since they had 2 other gowns on file for me, they 'thought that would be enough' for me to see during my appt.....needless to say, when the sales rep said that to me, I was less than pleasant. They called Carle Place and the dress was driven down to Massapequa within a half hour. And they lowered the price a few hundred to RK's price.

Also, my BMs and MOH ordered their dresses from Bridal Reflections and the girl we had was very nice and helpful!

I just went to the massapequa location this past Saturday and loved the service. Every picture I had shown was mentioned when she brought dresses up for me. If she didnt have the exact dress, she really came close!

I found 2 I love, but I will have to wait for my momma to come back to NY in November.
