Re: bridal reflections

I have loved everything about the carle place one. So helpful and accommodating. I just went to try on my dress today since it came in and she was so sweet. I got my dress there, bm dresses and mob all from there. I loved my lady at massapequea as well, but hated the bm dress store. They were soooooo rude.

I purchased my dress from there and it just came in. Went to try it on on Friday and I have had only but great things to say about BR BUT when your dress comes in, you go around the corner not to the same place where you purchase it ( to the MOB store) and I had the WORST experience on Friday . Anyway, I did hear from a few girls that once you purchase they treat you bad....i have to take it in stride and hope for the best. But def would not refer anyone there

I agree, except I think it's one specific older lady in the MOB section that's annoying. After a BM's appt I came with a few BMs to see if I could try on a dress. I know they ask for 24 hours in advance if you want to see the dress and I didn't ask but I figured it was worth a shot. So when we went in the lady was like 'OMG we need 24 hours, I can't leave the desk etc.'. I calmly asked, well can't you call and see if you can get it bc I had a feeling they store them downstairs and another young girl came by and said 'O yea, of course. Give me a few minutes to go get it.'

P.S. when I tried it on the seamstress happened to walk by when we were talking about what I needed altered. Personally I thought it fit well, just needed hemming and cups added in. She was like yea that and we can let out the darts on the side to give you more room. I was like DAM she knows I'm not going to the gym, and went that night. LOL.

I def had a great experience (mass location) SHOPPING for my dress and all the girls there were lovely. It is when your dress comes in and ITA 100% it is that older lady in the MOB department.
