Hey Ladies..I'm up to trying to make appointments for bridesmaids dresses. Anybody know anything about Bridal Reflections? Which location is better to go to, Massapequa or Carle Place/Westbury? How much did anybody pay for their bridesmaids dresses here? How was the customer service? Any info you could share would be appreciated. Thanks!!

My sister got her bridal shoes and veil from Bridal Reflections in Massapequa. The customer service there was great!

I found that customer service for brides and bridesmaids were very different. I went to the location in Massapequa for bridesmaid dresses and did not like my experience at all. They have a decent selection and their prices are standard, but I choose somewhere different because of the lack of help and attitudes of the girls at the desk. The bridemaid section it a different store around the corner from the Bridal part. Good luck!

Yeah I was in the bridal part of the store and the customer service was good.

My bridesmaids and I went to the Carle Place store and had a good experience. The sales girl was really nice and helpful and took her time with us. The prices of the dresses we saw were in the 200+ range.
I also tried bridal gowns at Massepequa location and the associate I had there was great!

I had a horrific experience as a bridesmaid at the Massapequa location....and personally I did as a bride too, I just did not like how they treat people.

I got my dress in the massapequa store after looking at carle place. Carle place was small I felt rushed the prices were high not alot of choices and my associate was not pulling dresses I asked for. Not a good experience. Massapequea was total opposite and I have been very happy with the customer service.
Bridesmaid shopping was similar. They pulled a bunch of dresses for my sister and was very helpful even said they would order a dress for her to try. let me know if you have any other questions. Good luck!

I LoVE bridal reflections of massapequa they are the best! I got my gown and BM dresses there. The girls who work there are so nice and helpful. They have a great selection of BM dresses and my girls paid $165 for their dresses

HAD A HORRIBLE experience, they were very very very rude. I would not recommend getting your bridesmaid dresses there unless you also wedding dress there bc they made it very clear they are not a discount boutique and were going to charge $50 more per bridesmaid then the location I first went to.
