Did you have a beter experience at the one in Carle Place or Massapequa? I am looking to make an appointment within the next couple of weeks.
I had a great experience at Massapequa with Jody!
i only went to the massapequa one my exp was alright..it was actually my least fav shopping exp compared to my others ones

I made an apt for the massapequa location. I will let you know how it's goes.. I must say their customer service on the phone was excellent. I actually had anther apt with a different bridal store & cancelled it because they weren't very helpful over the phone when I called & when I went there to look at bridesmaids dresses they really didn't want to help me, I felt like she was blowing me off.
I heard Massapequa is better. However, both carry different designers so if you have one in particular you are interested in I would call first!
I like massapequa but had no problems but I went to Carle Place as a bridesmaid & had no issues. I would have gone back to carle place but I live in massapequa so it was more out of convenience.
I went to both, definitely preferred Massapequa to Carle Place. Ask for Jody at Massapequa!

I went to the one in Massapequa. Both for my dress and BMs dresses. They have been great so far. My future SIL was a BMs for a friend and they got their dresses from Carle Place. She didn't like that location at all.
They were both great…you should judge based on your budget. If you have a higher budget and are looking for designers like Lazaro, Jim Hjelm, Amalia Carrara/Eve of Milady, then go to Carle Place. If you have a lower budget and want more like Maggie Sottero, Allure Bridals, etc. then go to Massapequa.

This! I said yes to the dress at that location and Jody was great. I have never been to the other location so I can't compare the 2.

I had a great experience at the Massapequa location with Darnell. she found 'the dress' for me.. never went to the Carle Place one so cant compare
