I just came back from my first fitting at Bridal Reflections in Massapequa. They charged me the MAX cap on both my bustle and gown alterations. The only alterations I'm having done on the gown is having the hem picked up since it's a bit too long and the top bust area to be taken in. I just thought the prices were not worth the work at all!!
I just wanted some feedback from other girls who have had their alterations done at any of the BR.
Thanks girls!

Yes, they are overpriced. My g/f had us order BM dresses from them for her wedding. I am going to pick up the BM dress tomorrow and they are NOT doing the alterations. Actually, none of us BMs are getting our alterations there (there's 10 of us) they are not happy. Ohh wellllll

Re: Bridal Reflections ALTERATIONS
Hmm, interesting. I got charged $495 (the cap) for the gown alterations and $295 (the cap also) for the bustle! I'm getting the 'french' bustle as opposed to the simpler bustle, but I just thought the gown alteration price was INSANE! It was almost 1k just for alterations!
Thanks for the feedback girls!

Oh no, I hope I don't have issues with them. They've been really great so far. Sorry you're upset.

Re: Bridal Reflections ALTERATIONS
I do think their alteration prices are on the higher end, but I knew that what I purchased the dress. When I purchased they gave me a sheet listing the cap and the cap for the bustle. So I was aware of this.
I ended up only needing a hem and we did some small bead work which was additional. I also did the french bustle...all in all I probably spent $500.

Re: Bridal Reflections ALTERATIONS
I was aware of their cap prices for alterations and the bustle. I just didn't think that the amount of alteration work they are doing was worth $500.
