Good luck.
I never went there nor had the desire to go. I have heard the workers are nasty to the point where brides leave there crying. And they are very expensive.

I have had two friends get dresses there and they were both happy. I don't know much about the details of their experiences, though!

I ordered my dress at the one in Massapequa. I had a great experience when I was trying on dresses. However, I called them back a few times to have my dress size changed and they were very nasty.

Also, my friend ordered hers from the one in Carle Place. She said they are such b*tches there!

Anyways, they wouldnt let me look at the dresses they ask what i wanted to see and bought um 2 or three dresses and that was it! They told me i have way to much time to start looking at dresses...i wanted to cry when i walked out of the store

I worked with Susan in Massapequa who was a DOLL. She helped my mom with MOB dresses for my sisters wedding, and it worked out really well.
The bridemaid shop was a little eeeeeeeeh. They are the ones who do the alternations and seemed a little nasty on the phone. But in person everything is very nice and smooth.

I went to the one in Carle place to look for bridesmaids dress they were not rude but they werent friendly either. They just answered your questions briefly and the girl seemed like I was bothering her.
Then I went to the MOB section and the girl there was smiling and friendly.
Then i went to the wedding dress section and there were about 3 ladies sitting around chit-chatting and when I asked about a dress on display they just looked at me and said you have to have an appointment to look at our dresses.
I was in the store for about 40 minutes and they were sitting there most of that time, One of them could have helped me anyway but the didn't want to be bothered.

Re: Bridal Reflections appointment

i'll chalk it up to a bad experience when i went with my mother and grandmother. i found a dress that i really LOVED. i had it on for a while and then decided i wanted to think about it. the woman all but ripped the dress off me. she was pretty nasty and said something like, 'fine, go home, you obviously aren't ready to buy a dress'. that wasn't the way to make a sale in the future. i went to another shop closer to me (i live in philly and i went to a shop in south jersey), tried on the same dress, and htey were SO sweet there! if i do wind up with that gown, i'm not buying it from Bridal Reflections.
