do they allow pics there? is it a sneaky cell phone pic on the sly type of day?
ETA: i didn't end up taking any pics, but i politely asked cathy, the girl who helped me, to give me some privacy while i was dressing/undressing, and she was totally nice the whole time. it was a great experience, and i found 2 dresses that gave me butterflies. i posted them--just scroll down. the rest are in my album

GOOD LUCK! Hope you find the one! I think they don't allow photos. The one Carle Place didn't allow them and bit my mother's head off when she tried sneaking them!

i was there last week....i worked with kristy.....she definately left me and my mom alone for a few mins.....she went to go see if she could price match the dress for me....bring the camera...if you can sneak it defintely!
i'll be there around 230ish this afternoon! but i'll be in bridesmaids! have fun!
PS they did take $250 off my dress so definately tell them you found it cheaper elsewhere if you find 'the one!'

I know!! I was shy too, but they help you get in and out of the dresses. I guess they are nervous you will rip them or something, plus some of them are really heavy. Don't worry, they don't stare at you while you are naked, have fun!!

I was just telling my mom the other day...
When we went Lainie worked with me who was fantastic and we were in the dressing room and I was talking to her with my boobs all hanging out almost naked...I was so excited about the dresses I was not even thinking about my nakedness...
I was like mom was I supposed to be all demure and cover the girls up lol Poor Lainie!!!!

don't mind the cheesy website pics. this dress was an a-line with a detachable train, so that huge thing on the back comes off instead of needing a bustle. it makes the dress so manageable. it has really beautiful crystals/beading with a soft organza overlay. i loved the way it looked on my figure--something about the sweetheart neckline and structure of the dropped waste made me look really hourglass.
i can't stop thinking about this one--english netting with that satin detail at the bottom. it also made my figure look slim and curvy. my BM just said that the other one might be a lot cooler and more comfortable for a wedding on the beach in july because this is ballgown and would need a big crinoline (more layers). it's more princess-y than it looks in this pic. let me know what you guys think!
