So I just a call from Bridal Reflections and they asked me 'if I was still interested in the dress I put a deposit on and if so when am I coming in to bring the rest of the deposit?' I thought this was a little wierd considering my dress is not even in yet, I dont think I should have to put any more money down until it comes in..right?

No, to order the dress, you have to put I think 1/3 down. They do that to make sure you are serious about the dress.

sometimes if you don't put down 'enough' they don't order it. Most places require 50%. Did you put that much down? Are you sure they ordered it? That sounds fishy!

Yea I was wondering the same thing, if they really ordered it, and the fact that they asked if I was still interested?? I only put $500 deposit so far.

No, they wouldn't have ordered it. I know for sure because that is there policy. Unless they made a special deal with you but they don't usually budge on their policies. Call them tomorroe and make sure what the terms are.

eah thats what i was thinking too..they want you to put more money down so that they can order it...i had to put down half for them to order my dress! Yowza..id def give them a call tomorrow!

Thats pretty shady because she told me that when it comes in I have to put 1/2 down...thanks girls! Im gonna call tomorrow

i bought my dress from bridal reflections in massapequa and you need to give them 50% of the price in order for them to order the dress. my dress came in a while ago and i haven't paid anything more since my initial deposit. i think i have to pay the balance when i pick up my dress for good.
i would call them and ask because i don't think they ordered your dress yet, nor will they until you pay at least 50%. good luck!
