Bridal Reflections Carle Place

anyone have alterations done here?

I just called to confirm my appt for tonight because my last appt was 'never scheduled'. Well 3 weeks ago they told me today was the earliest I could come in and I said fine, it has to be at 7 then. Today the woman tells me your appointment is at 6:30, we are already booked at 7.

I'm getting so frustrated with them and I'm wondering if it is worth it to pay them all the money for alterations now.

My gown is not from there but my BMs dresses & FG dress are from there and I have been in 2 weddings where we got the BM dresses from there as well....have nothing but great things to say about the Carle Place location and their alterations

the massapequa location on the other hand ...

I've been to the Massapequa one looking for dresses. Ran right back to Carle Place to buy the dresses. Carle Place seems to be on top of their game. Massapequa not so much

i wanted to have time to run into dsw to grab these shoes that i finally decided i want!
