Just want everyone to know that I had a wonderful experience in Bridal Reflections. Mary Lou was great to work with. She was very patient and honest. I thought the dresses there were beautiful. I am still looking for one in my price range, but I felt they had a lot to offer. This was only my second time trying on dresses, but I am happy it was a nice experience because my first one at Macy's wasn't what I thought it would be.
Did anyone else have a good experience here?

I ordered my dress from them but I made it really easy for them - I already knew which dress I wanted and just didn't want to order it from the place I had tried it on - so I went in, tried on about 5 dresses (just to be sure) and went with my original choice. I'll be honest - when all is said and done - I wish I did bridesave or netbride - I was nervous though!!

I had a great experience at Bridal Reflections!! I loved there selection. I ordered my dress from there and I actually called them earlier and it should be in very shortly I can't wait!!

As i had posted they were great everytime I went as a matter if fact in both stores. They were attentive and I thought honest and I am veeery critical not to mentin about my wedding dress. I did not even have an appointment the day I went to the Carle Place location and the attendant saw me and was great...I scheduled an appointment same day in Mass..and was late and they saw me and were great...now approx 3months later I went back and they really catered to hand and foot and I even went bacdk the next day before making my final decision I had 3 attendants working with me and they were I must say Great . I even told them I wanted to compare prices and they still were polite and profesiona. LONG & Short I ended up ordering from them. I must say I was devastated last week but again with all the vendors you are going to have the bad and good exp. Lets pray the great service continues
