Anybody have any insight to offer on Bridal Reflections in massapequa for bridesmaids dresses. From what I'm reading, they sound better than the carle place location. Any info to share? Thanks ladies, I've been so stressed about dresses, I just want a good experience and to finally get this over with.

I was there last week for bridal and they were wonderful. I haven't ordered yet but customer service was great

I agree - great customer service. I ordered my own gown and my BM dresses from them and they've been great - the dresses all came in a month earlier than they were estimated! Haven't done any alterations yet though, and I'm assuming that will be the true test lol.

I didn't really have the greatest experience here but the customer service was good. I thought the dress was overpriced (but that could be blamed on the designer I guess) and the alterations were annoying. You have to REALLY insist they do what you want. And don't let them order a size too big if you are sure you won't need it. There was part of my dress that really needed to be taken in and they said, no it's good this way, and then the day of the wedding I really wished I had insisted. Luckily the bride was easy going and liked the dresses!

i've hear good things. try and bargain them down on price though bc they arent the cheapest.
