Has anyone had good or bad experiences with Bridal Reflections in Massapequa for BM dresses? It's right near my house and from the website it looks like they have a ton dresses by a lot of different designers. I am so confused as to what I want to do for the girls and I need to get them ordered soon.
I have 7 girls total of all shapes and sizes, so I just want everyone to happy and comfortable.
I was also thinking of doing seperates and I heard they have a good selection of those as well.
Any feedback would be great, thanks!

I've never been there, but my dance studio is RIGHT DOWN THE BLOCK and I pass ALL the time! I emailed them about a year and a half ago asking about a dress they had in the window and got NO reply. emailed them again.. no reply the third time I got a reply saying 'please make an appointment'...
I had a private student who was learning to dance for her wedding and she said she got her BM dresses there and that the customer service was AMAZING, but that when you make an appointment they ask for a credit card and if you cancel they charge you like $50.00 to cover the 'open space' you left. I don't know if this is true or not.
But when I went to the liweddings showcase they were set up there and the girl I spoke with was REALLY nice. I should make an appointment to go there today, considering I'll be at the studio till 6 then have nothing to do (besides run to the mall- alone URGH)

They have a huge selection! I have ordered prom dresses and BM dresses as a BM in the past. I would def check them out to get an idea of styles/colors, but I have personally not had a very good experience with alterations and the customer service there. JMO...

excellent experience!!! I love them over there and at the carle place location!!!! They are so helpful and sweet!! Bring pics and request the styles be pulled ahead of time to avoid frustration!!! But they are awesome!

they have a decent selection but not a great reputation on this board. personally i had a really good experience when i went but a friend had a bad dispute with them over her bm dress.

I got my BM dresses from there. So far, no complaints. They had a great selection to choose from and were very helpful.

I had a pretty good experience there ordering my BM dresses, however they ordered every one of my girls dresses in a bigger size and I kinda feel like they did it on purpose to make sure they had to do alterations.

I had a decent experience with them. I don't regret using them at all for our bridesmaid dresses but they weren't spectacular. A few stupid little things but i did love the dresses so the end product was great. Check my review for details.
