I have to buy my dress from Bridal Reflections and I'm not complaining (I won a $3500 gift certificate this weekend) but which location should I use - Massapequa, Carle Place or NYC? I live in Massapequa so that would be best but I have heard not so good things about alterations there...and I am getting EVERYTHING there. So, any opinions or reviews?? TIA

It depends on the dress you want. The carle place location has the 'higher end' dresses where the massapequa location has the more moderate ones. I went to carle place to see a dess, and they treat you like royalty too bad it was way out of my budget.

I have been dealing with BR in Carle place for over a year and I just love them. Not one bad experience too date. Ask for Dana. She is awesome.

i have been nothing but happy and purchased my dress at BR Carle Place. Ask for Dana she's been nothing but fabulous. i also visited Masspequa and had the exact opposite experience. the woman i dealt with was pushy and i felt like she wasnt listening to what i wanted at all. i dont remember her name, but i def would reccomend Carle Place over Massapequa (never been to NYC).

I have been going to the one is Massapequa as I am from there as well. I have nothing but amazing things to say about them. If you need to work with someone ask for Jill or Sue. They are both simply just amazing- She helped my mom and all my bridesmaids and even me!!!!! Good Luck to you...and Lucky you with the Gift Certif. Congrats!!!!! I never heard bad things about the alterations in Massapequa...I will have to look into that.

I got mine at Carle place and i was 100% happy with them and the alterations. I think they are great I also got my BM dresses there

I second that! even though I didn't get my dress there I worked with Dana at Carle Place as well and she was great!
