bridal reflections seamstress....good?

Has anyone had any experiences with their seamstress'? I'm talking about the bridal reflections in carle place. I want to make sure they do a good job. Please name the seamstress you used (if you can remember) and state your experience.

I know my cousin got her dress there and had no problems. I was there last weekend and overall, the store seemed very reputable. I wouldn't worry at all!
