I just looked it up today at work but don't have it here. It's on their website which I think was just www.bridalreflections.com

Re: Bridal Reflections??? Update!
I was so unhappy when I went there tonight to look for BM dresses. They told me I didnt need to make an app't, but I made one anyways just to play it safe. I sat there for 30 mins to get help, I gave them dress codes that I looked up last night that I wanted to see they couldn't even be bothered looking for them. I was so unhappy! Off to a few more places tomorrow

I am so sorry you had a bad experience there. I got my dress and headpiece there and I am ordering BP dresses there in Sept. They have been nothing but accommodating to me each and every time I have gone in. I was just there yesterday and they were great.

Sorry you had a bad experience... I was there last night, they were really busy, but I knew what I was getting. I had to wait a few mins to get one of the girls measured but they were nice once they got to her...

Re: Bridal Reflections??? Update!
i didn't have a great experience there or the one in massapequa.
the one in mass. was worse - but i've been going there for years to 'look at dresses' for bridal parties so as long as you don't intend to buy, it's a good place to look.
i went to the one in carle place as my 'last' looksie before buying my gown and all they had were like two non-strapless gowns. and though the girl was nice and accommodating, she brought out two dresses ABOVE my price range. one i tried on - and liked - and then found out it was double what i would spend.
i've gotten bmaids dresses there and just feel like it's always a zoo.
you'll find the right shop.

Yeah I didnt have the greatest experience there either for bridesmaids dresses. It was completely different from the service I got when I ordered my dress from them. Oh well!

When I went to the one in Massapequa w/ my MOH, we were turned off by the lack of service/help we received. We kept trying to ask q's re: color or material of a dress & were completely ignored for 10 minutes while they ordered their lunch. Then when we did get their attention, their answer showed complete lack of concern. Although they have a great selection of bm dresses, we left saying we'd never order from them.

Re: Bridal Reflections??? Update!
I've never really heard bad things about the CP location but I have had a bad experience with the one in Massapequa...
I went there when another bridal salon still didn't have my mother's gown for my brother's wedding about 3 weeks before the wedding!! The salon said it was 'lost in customs'!! We explained the situation and the girls there wouldn't help us b/c we didn't have an appointment!! I mean how heartless can you be!? Here is a MOG 3 weeks before her son's wedding w/o a dress b/c the one she ordered was 'lost in customs' and you tell her we can't help you b/c you don't have an appoinment?! Pa-lease!!!

that's always my suggestion.
use them for their selection and to take pics since they don't ever help you...and then go order somewhere else.

Re: Bridal Reflections??? Update!
my friend bought her $5000 (!!!) dress from them. the morning of the wedding, the buttons on the back started falling off! she called them and they said it's not their fault and they won't take responsibility. so a family member sewed them back on!
i swore i would never go there. and then when i found out their ridiculous prices, i knew i would never go
other places will treat you properly. you'll find one
