Bridal Reflections (Westbury)

Just wanted to do a vendor plug: I ordered my dress from Brial Reflections yesterday (and the crowd goes wild :). And while the service is just as good (better actually) than Kleinfelds, they were able to beat the Kleinfeld price by almost $1000 bucks! My consultant was Maddy (who tolerated me trying on nearly every dress in the shop). I ordered the dress directly from Christina who did some research on the dress I wanted and came back with a very competitive price. Of course, I don't have my dress so I can't say how great they service is after I've paid. However, this shop was easily the best one I had visited in terms of service and selection. And Ive been to a bunch (Kleinfelds, Saks Bridal Salon, RK Bridal, Saymels, Lestans, etc...)

I tried on dresses here too, and although I did not end up buying mine here, I was very impressed with the attention and service I received. Sonicstef - who designed the dress that you bought? They have gorgeous dresses there - I am sure yours is beautiful.

I actually ordered an Anne Barge from Bridal Reflection. To see my gown, go to www.annebarge.com/gowns1.html They dont carry Anne Barge but they are getting me my dress. I had originally tried it at Kleinfelds in June but continued looking for other dresses. I went back to Kleinfelds last week to get a final price and it was so much more than the original quote I scrapped that idea. After having a great experience at BR, I asked if they could get me the dress and they did - for a much better price. My dress will be coming in in April/June. Do you have a photo of your dress?

Delivery Time....

My dress will be arriving in the April/May timeframe. My wedding is not until Oct so that was just fine with me. I think if my wedding was sooner they would have been able to get it faster.

I used their Massapequa store. While they aren't great on the phone, their overall service was fine. My gown came in as scheduled and the alterations were done as promised. My cathedral length train bustled under beautifuly to a ball gown and never fell. Just watch them on the alteration pricing. We had a little dispute over that but it worked out onece the manager was involved. Good Luck and Congratulations on finding a beautiful gown.

Very Nice Dress!

I just found my dress at the Massapequa store. Believe it or not, it was only the third dress I tried on! My consultant was so helpful and dressed me up with the headpiece, jewelry, even a bouquet of flowers to get the full effect. She told me it takes about 6-8 months for the dress to come in, is this typical?
