When did everyone start their registries for their bridal showers?!?!

We started ours last month. But that was only because my fmil wanted to get a head start lol! If I did it the way I planned to, we would have done it this month. (My bridal shower I think is going to be in March)

We started one before our engagement party in July because so many people were asking. We're trying to save to buy a bigger house and we need a new car for when we have babies so we're hoping to get money for the wedding...once the bridal shower is over we're cancelling the registry or deleting a lot of the extraneous stuff. Sounds rude but he's already owned 2 houses and we really have everything we need.

We probably won't until 2013. I dont want to do it too soon in case styles change or inventory goes out of season, etc.
BB&B sent us a few updates of products that were discontinued... but like 6 months later they still have online so i'm thinking that they give you a LOT of notice? or they were just wrong... ? lol

Its never to early to start your registry. I started mine a few months after I got engaged becuase people wanted to buy me engagement gifts. I need everything since I am still living at home. It was nice becuase I got things for the holidays aswell.

I am planning on doing mine next month as soon as I send out the Save the Dates. I MUST get it done before the holidays because I am telling everyone to get my gifts off of it instead of clothes or other stuff

We did ours in April. We did not have an engagement party, but a lot of people bought us gifts off of it. We are registered at Macys and Bed Bath & Beyond.

We did at the year mark because we just bought a house and people were asking us for our engagement party what we needed for the house, otherwise I probably would have waited a few months after and maybe have done it now.
