You can try Bridal Garden

its actually a charty run organization that has dresses donated from designers and its 50% discounted off the retail price. The money does to help disadvantaged families.

I bought my dress at the Amsale boutique (it's a Kenneth Pool which is one of their lines) and I couldn't have been happier. It was a dream of a bridal dress shopping experience.
