Bridal shops near me??

I'm going to try to do a little dress shopping soon, but I don't know where I should go. I'm not really a fan of Estelle's, and I want someplace that's going to be really helpful. I have no idea what I want, and would like to have some input from a salesperson who knows their stuff.

I'm in the Levittown/Wantagh area, and don't want to go driving all over creation to find a dress shop. I've been hearing about Bridal Reflections in Massapequa, but heard both good and bad things from different people. Other than that, I didn't hear anything about any other stores that are at all close.

I know I want to do some shopping around before I buy anything, but don't know where to look. Help!!

I found mine at Helen's Private Collection in Commack. They were very helpful.

ITA - out of the three shops I went to, they were the best. Liz and Ashely are awesome!

That's a half an hour away from me... I was hoping for something a little bit closer.

A half hour is not too far...especially if you get great service.

I live in Selden and drove out to Commack....but then again I commute 35 miles each way to work...
