Just wondering if anyone knows of any Bridal Showcases coming up?

I know Russo's isn't doing any for the rest of the year... I guess bc of the holidays, so I don't know if that might be a common strategy.

i think with it being the holidays there wont be many bridal showcases. you'll see alot in Jan and Feb since thats the most popular time to get engaged.

ok thanks! I did see the Chateau Briand one coming up in January. Just hoping there would be some in the next few weeks too. thanks!

Does anyone know exactly what Bridal Showcases showcase?? I know this may seem like a silly question but i am new to this and I'm wondering what some of the benefits are to actually going to one of these....your thoughts ladies??

Not a silly question - i didn't have much of an idea before I went.

But you basically go and walk around to check out different vendors. They give you samples of their work - some times coupons for things and you fill out these info forms to possibly win things.

Some you can win door prizes - some have DJs/bands that perform. All reception halls usually have ones that will showcase their vendors so you can meet with them. Usually vendors will give you a discount if you book on the spot.

It's just an easy way to pull all types of vendors into a one stop shop.
