ok i think im losing my mind, i keep looking for fancy outfits.. i havent been to a bridal show, how fancy do we have to dress??

You don't need to dress up for bridal showcases... wear comfy shoes because you walk around a lot. Jeans & a tshirt/sweater are fine. No need to dress up.

I wear jeans and a sweater or if they are in the evening after work I am in dress pants and a shirt.

Yes. The vendors have tables set up.... usually in a round and you go up to each table and look at their albums (photographers), videographers sometimes have TVs set up showing their work, florists have examples of their work, caterers have samples of their food.... the vendors sometimes have raffles, etc. You'll get lots of pamphlets and paperwork from each vendor you look at.
Some showcases have big contests (free dress, vacation, etc)--but not all of them.

You don't need to dress up. Definitely wear something comfortable because you will be walking around.

There's a lot of vendors and sometimes there is food & drinks. At some there are prizes. I usually just go to the ones that are free - I went to one over my vacation and won 2 different prizes. They can be a lot of fun.
