My mom and my sister want to do it on February 26 here in DC since that is the end of their Feb break, and it would be convenient....and now the drama. It is FMIL's birthday, and she acts like a 5 year old when it comes to birthdays.
I say just do it and if she has a hissy fit- so be it!

OMG- I just mentioned it to my FSIL (since she is due with her second kiddie in early March)- and she said it out loud and her HUSBAND GOT ON THE PHONE and said you KNOW its my mom's birthday.
