Will your bridal shower be a surprise? I personally don't want mine to be because I like to be prepared I will however be surprised with the theme, place and all the details I just want to know the date.

I am having it 2 months before the wedding. I want to know the date, but the place and theme will be a surprise. Need to have time to get dolled up!

I HATE HATE HATE surprises so therefore I know where and when my Bridal shower will be. It's in April at Piccolo's in Carle Place and as long as we guarantee 50 ppl then they will close off the whole restaurant just for us, which I thought was pretty cool!! However I will let them pick out the invitations. I know I know i'm a control freak with OCD. I can't help it!!!

I always felt the same way about wanting to know until my family COMPLETELY surprised me with my shower. I truly had not even a little bit of a clue!! I dont know how they pulled it off but being that surprised was really a nice experience. Besides now looking back it was a great party that was thrown for me and I didnt do any of the work! No stress, no complications. I appreciated my shower so much because of it. If you have people willing and able to plan your shower with out any of your help I say let them do it for you, you wont regret it.

i like surprises that are true surprises-- like when i dont know anything at all about it. if i know something than the control freak in me cant handle it

I think mine will be in the summer since I am in school. I want it to be a surprise so thats how it is going to be.

Mine is going to be in August at the View in Oakdale. The date, the theme and everything else will be a surprise.

I don't know. I hate not knowing, but the surprise (just like being proposed to) are some of the last few fun surprises we have in life that don't involve real stress lol
