Bridal Shower...

Bridal Shower...

Ok so I know my bridal party and mom are planning the bridal shower, but what I don't know is if I want to know about it or be surprised? I hate and love surprises. I want to be ready for it and look good that day, but I also want to be surprised. I am torn. What are you all doing/did?

I love to hate and hate to love surprises. I'm just letting others plan my shower and I'll be surprised. Its actually kind of nice to have someone else completely plan a component of the wedding. One less thing to stress about.

I have heard of people that wanted to be surprised but wanted to look good, so they had someone hold on to some make-up and clothes that they wanted to wear that day about a month in advanced so they could kinda be both.

My shower was half a surprise. I knew the date and that was it. Everything else was a surprise. I just wanted to make sure I looked nice for it since I usually found myself in sweats and a tee when I was running around to wedding errands with my mom.

Know the date and time so you can look good but you don't need to know specifics about the actual party!

i hate surprises as well, well only if i know about them because i nag the person to death to find out but in this case i dont want to know..my mom & sister will b coordinating with the help of my amazing BM's (well most) so i know i am in good hands..I think the shower should be a surprise!! if you can stand it..i'd say let it be a surprise!!

Awesome idea! I think this is what I am going to do. I want to see what they are going to pull together for me. I know it sounds cheesy, but I want to feel special! hehe!

i originally was having a surprise one and already gave my sister the dres, deodorant a razor (just in case) my heels and makeuop and jewelry for it. so when i show up if i look like a mess i have a back up plan.
