Bridal shower during the week (poll)

How would you feel if you got invited to a bridal shower in the evening on a weekday?

Either on a Monday or Tuesday, starting at 6pm. As far as I know it would be on the smaller size, maybe 15-20 people (close family and friends)

I would be ok with it, but you should probably get a consensus from some of your guests instead of us. I don't know what kind of jobs people may have, and that could play a big role in whatever the final decision winds up being. Also, it may have to be a bit shorter than a shower usually is, which would thrill me as a guest, because you'll have to give people enough time to get out of work and it can't run until late because people have work in the morning. JMO

If people don't have flexible job schedules getting somewhere on the island by 6pm on a weeknight could be tough.

I personally would go. Most showers are on Sundays, granted they are in the afternoon, but you still have to work the next day.

Any reason you can't do it on a Friday night?

I agree. You also have to consider whether the guest have kids that they have to have dinner ready for and hw checked, etc.
I know with my school and work schedule I would not be able to make it and I would probably be bummed.

If I was close I would go, I honestly would rather do it during the week it will probably be a shorter party adn doesn't take away from what little time I have with my fh
