Bridal Shower Games

Hi Ladies!

My best friend's bridal shower is this Sunday and her sister (the matron of honor) just informed me (the maid of honor) that she has not come up with any games for us to play a the party.

I've only been to one bridal shower in my life and the games we played were boring and corny, so I'm coming to you girls for some recommendations. Beyond the toilet paper wedding dresses and 'how well do you know the bride' games, what are your favorite bridal shower activities?

They did a bride & groom jeopardy at mine which was really fun....also, they had me do a how well do I know the groom and every question I got wrong I had to put gum in my mouth...

plus the usual bingo and whats in your purse game!

-- buy some tulle and markers and whatnot, and divide the guests into groups. See who can make the nicest veil for the new bride. The bride gets to judge (and model) the veils. Did this at my shower and it was lots of fun

-- We didn't do this game because we just had a bad crowd for it ... but i think it's hilarious ... put a piece of paper on the floor and have each person bend over (without bending their knees) and draw their hands on the paper .... while they're doing this, write down EVERYTHING that people say and it just sounds so wrong when you re-read it out of context ('oh this is hard!' ... 'i used to be so much more flexible!' ... 'how do you bend like that?!')

We did the typical wedding shower bingo at my shower- FH is named James so instead of calling it Bingo, they called it Jimbo.
Then for the free space in the middle, they put a picture of him- it was really cute.
