Bridal Shower - Help!!!

Can anyone give me an idea for a table centerpiece for a shower??? It is a small shower (35 people) for my future sis-in-law in a local restaurant. It has to be cheap, becasue we are on the budget. Do we do flowers?? I would like something other than flowers & baloons.... Please help!! It is in 2 weeks... also what favors should we do??

You could always do the lollipop tree CP that double as favors. They are inexpensive...Or the I have seen a tree with bath scrubbies that says from 'FSIL's shower to yours'.... Good Luck!

I had the same problem with my sil's shower. She hates balloons and flowers were out of the budget. We bought cute bowls from Michaels ( .99 cents each) and are going to put plants inside. I will take a picture when we make them this week they will cost less then $10 each.

I like those bowls with floating candles. That might look nice.

My FSIL got a nice basket and bought some potted flower plants and put them in the basket with filler. Fairly cheap, and last a long time too!

Re: Bridal Shower - Help!!!

I recently saw a bridal shower done at a cafe in Huntington. They had these pretty wire forms that they made a wedding dress to fit. It was in the middle of every rectangular table flanked by pottoed pansies or something similar. I asked around here and a girl told me her mother did the same thing for her shower and bought the form at Pach. Floral. I thought it looked really pretty.

My sisters shower is in 2 weeks too. We're using small cocktail tables around my parents backyard (weather permitting), and I bought med. size fish bowl vases and floating a hydrangea blossom in it. She loves hydrangeas. Anyway, the hydrangea is $5 per stem, and the fishbowl was like $1.50 or so at AC Moore.
