Do bridal shower invitations usually say who is hosting it? I was telling my mom that I'll make sure it says 'hosted by her mother' since my mom is paying for it. She would rather not have it say that since 1. it's not a surprise and I'm planning alot of it 2. people might wonder why it doesn't say 'hosted by her mother and sister.' I don't think my sister is hosting any of it since my mom is paying for it and all my sister is doing is showing up. So my mom would rather delete that whole line in the invites. Would that look bad?

I don't think so. You can pretty much do what you want these day lol If it makes your mom that uncomfortable then I would leave it out.

Thanks! I think I'll just leave it out. I'm sending out response sets with the invites.. So it's not like guests really need a name to ask for when they call my mom.
