okay so on my invite it says 'colleen is registerd at Macys and BBB'
do i need to put the cards that both stores gave me w/ my registry number?
or is just putting it on the card good enough?

I think just putting it ont he card is fine! they can just search for your registry!

invitation is enough. They can search from your name without the registry number.

Yea I think thats enough. I dont even know how to search registries with the registry number.... I only search by using first and last names LOL!

well you should make sure that people are aware of your last name and who your marrying.....sounds crazy but i just got a baby shower invite in the mail for a Jennifer.....i sat there for 10 mins trying to figure out who the heck i know whos pregnant and name jen!!!! then i finally look at the rest of the stuff that came with the invite and i see on the registry card that my 2nd cousin alexs wife is pregnant....i totally forgot! so you never know who might be as ditzy as me! hehehe

ooo very true. maybe i will do this to OOT that are FH family!
my full name is on the card, but maybe some of FH OOT family wont know who i am lol
