So, my mother and I are thinking of having my bridal shower shortly before Easter- probably Saturday, April 16th. My question is how soon in advance should the girls send out the invites? Thoughts?

I would do 6 weeks and have the RSVP date 2 weeks before the shower in case people don't RSVP theres still time to get in contact with them

my mom told me she sent out my bridal shower invites the week after Thanksgiving and my shower was this past Sunday.

6 weeks- we sent mine out the second week in January with an RSVP date of February 12 for my February 26 Shower

My shower is April 30 and my mom is sending out the invites no later than March 15 and RSVP is around April 20th
