Bridal Shower location - Please help!

Hi girls,

My cousin is getting married in November and her maid of honor contacted us for location ideas fo rher bridal shower, but I have no clue! She would like a either a place with a 'homey' feel, or just a regular party room, that you can bring your own food to (my cousin is VERY big on desserts and specific ones at that so she wants to incorporate them).
Any help would be greatly appreciated. My cousin is from queens, so any place in queens or nassau would be great!

have you tried any VFW halls???

i doubt any restaurant would let you bring in your own food.

or just have it at someones house?
